The staff were so helpful, we were able to take a bar stool home first to make sure it worked in the space before purchasing. The chair itself is the most comfortable bar stool we’ve ever tried.
Absolutely fantastic experience in store, super helpful. Arranged a very quickly delivery and James and Phil were amazing on delivery super helpful and professional. The sofa is gorgeous, second purchase form LL. I love the fact they have stock available and can deliver immediately.
Fantastic service from in store help to providing a quote, followed up and transaction very simple online. Delivery was quick with very good updates all day detailing where they were and updating their arrival time.
From start to finish lounge lovers were fantastic. From taking the order, delivery and communication along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you!
