Don’t buy!!! Don’t be fooled by the sales people telling you quality of this couches is long lived. Barely use our couch and it is useless, caved in, feathers constantly coming out and material is so so poor. When going to customer service and detailing issues they send a technician which is a waste of time as they tell you it’s just general wear outside of conditions. Horrible experience. We were sold the Toorak sofa bed at the Balgowlah location, when it arrived it was not at all what we were sold in store. Steer clear of this business, brutal waste of time. They sold us the Toorak Sofabed and love seat. The sofa bed was not yet released in November of 2024, they promised when it was released in the following month the mattress would be the same as the Venice Sofa, with a 50cm thick mattress. Not impressed so far. For a premium furniture brand, experience has been anything but. 1. Don’t accept AMEX. 2. The table I wanted - prominently featured in store - turned out to be out of stock when I went to buy it. They said I needed to wait a month for it to be delivered. Now, a week out from delivery, they say it’s experienced further delays. When I asked if I would be compensated in any way, they said no. Delivery was promised on 8th Feb, got pushed to 11th Feb without notice. Trying to get compensated results in waiving the delivery (which is 30 bucks). It’s a joke if you think about the overall money spent. Customer service was helpful but was also trying to push the responsibility of the delivery date missed to me as a shopper.
