We purchased a chaise/sofa from Lounge life and were looked after so brilliantly by Razz - terrific advice and help with the purchase. I would happily recommend Razz and the company.
Very poor customer service. Delivery was delayed by several weeks on the already two months wait. Delivery driver not helpful at all and left the lounges on the front lawn, wouldn't help bring them in through the front door (easy level access), said it wasn't his job. Then lounges weren't the same colour as what we'd picked, told them about it but they made excuses that it was the colour. Purchased a lounge early July with expected delivery date given (and documented) to be late September 2025. It still has not arrived. Delivery date gets pushed back further and further every week and I am now being told early to mid-December. I would not recommend this company at all. Service in store is very good, however they forget you as soon as they get your money. I made contact recently about the delivery delays as no one was in touch with me as they promised in store.
