DO NOT purchase from this company. I initially left a five-star review after paying a deposit, solely due to persistent pressure from Serg to do so. That review has since been amended to one star, as the product and service ultimately delivered were unacceptable. We did not receive the couch configuration that was agreed upon. After waiting 22 weeks for a Lounge that I was told was still atleast a month away, lounge life finally agreed to cancel my order and issue a refund due to unreasonable time delays. This seemed to be the end of the frustrations I’ve had in dealing with this company. But no, they had more things up their sleeve to make this the most appalling customer experience I have ever had. Delivery was expected in 3 weeks. I was happy with that. Following messages asking me if it was okay to deliver my purchase earlier, it was DELIVERED within ONE WEEK!! Outstanding. The two gents delivered it into my unit after contacting me and giving me the exact time of arrival. Great service all round. Excellent product too.
Be very careful with Life Lounge. They pressured me to pay the full amount upfront, and once my money was in their hands, they disappeared. My delivery was delayed even after they confirmed the time. Customer care and the store just blamed each other and hung up on me when I called. I still don’t know when I’ll get my sofa. This is unacceptable and feels like fraud. I’ve reported them to Fair Trading and I think others should do the same.
