DONT PURCHASE YOUR LOUNGE HERE We paid 3500 for a custom lounge, 3 month wait on the lounge and within 2 weeks the head rest was faulty and the metal started to poke out, speaking with them we wanted them to collect the lounge and refund as the product was faulty and we had no trust in the brand and they offered a new head rest. 2 weeks and it was broken , the quality is TERRIBLE currently speaking with fair trade. But definitely do not recommend
Grace was amazing!! We were looking at the Arc Fabric Chaise Lounge and her colleague said we couldn’t get it, but went above and beyond to sort it for us - delivered 4 days later!! Thanks Grace 💪💪💪
I visited lounge life Alexandria two weeks ago, to have a look at some lounges. I had an idea of what I wanted, and was assisted by Gary whom was so helpful and honest. He advised on fabric choices and the style of lounge which was suited to me and my living space. I very rarely leave Google reviews but so pleased with the service and my lounge, that I would recommend a visit to anyone whom may want to purchase a lounge set.
Mathew from Alexandria has been very patient, helpful, informative and friendly with our new lounge order.
Quality products that are stylish!
