June is the worst time for an AC crisis in the yoga studio! Noticed a leak during a morning class, called LOUMIS, and the problem was resolved before it was time for an evening class. We’ve enjoyed their prompt service and efficiency before, but this service visit was a lifesaver. I was amazed by the service I received with Loumis Air. I called the company expecting a 2-3 day wait for service. I was told around noon (when I originally called) that someone would be out the same day and would give me a call 20 minutes before arrival. Low and behold, around 130 the tech called and said he would be there around 200. He showed up at 158. Travis was quick to repair my a/c unit and informed me about my units operational capabilities. Heating up here in Slidell! Of course my upstairs air conditioner stops working and the downstairs one can’t keep up! I knew who to call from past experience! LOUMIS Air promptly responded and as in my past experience were professional, immediately detected the problem , and had us cooling down within a short period of time! I will be having them do a regular maintenance inspection from now on. I would highly recommend LOUMIS Air with no reservations!!!
Found LOUMIS based on an Internet suggestion and I am so lucky I did. They have faithfully nursed one of my older units along for 2 years telling not to replace it till I had to. Well that time finally came the tech and his helper did a great job removing the air handler from the 2nd story attic ( my house has and attic above an attic).
