Lovely experience at Loulou's salon. Absolutely lovely experience. Came with my two toddlers, and we were treated with so much care and kindness. Also very trusting! Loulou allowed me to step out after having nearly done my hair, trusting that I'd be back to finish and pay. Carmen was also very sweet and very patient with my 2 year old and 4 year old. Thank you.
