Made a delivery there. Blonde woman was extremely rude and disrespectful. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Noone deserves to be treated that way.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. That blonde lady the other people in the reviews are talking about is just about as nasty of a person that I’ve ever dealt with in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I don’t understand how this place is in business.
I certainly read the customer reviews online before I ordered from Loukonen Bros. I called their office a couple of times for information and pricing and both of my interactions with the staff were pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. I was exceedingly happy with the buying experience, the price and the delivery fee. The drive called me with the deliver window on the day of deliver. Placed 14pcs cut stone order on Monday, ready on Wednesday! This is the place to go for flagstone, been coming to Loukonen for my flagstone for over 20 years.
Called To get a price on cost of sq footage for flagstone for a fireplace. Was Told to email dimensions even tho I had them.I asked again “are you sure you can’t just give me a price per sq foot?” Got told “no”. If this is how little they care towards new customers . I cant imagine being a regular! What a joke. NEXT!
