I will never go back there again you could not pay me . The owner lady is terrific.
We've had consistently good experiences with Loukonen for several years. They have great prices, a good selection, and quick delivery. On our most recent visit, as we were selecting stones, they came out and helped us. They even went back and found some more stones to match what we were selecting.
Made a delivery there. Blonde woman was extremely rude and disrespectful. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Noone deserves to be treated that way.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. That blonde lady the other people in the reviews are talking about is just about as nasty of a person that I’ve ever dealt with in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I don’t understand how this place is in business.
