I received my very first facial at Louisville WOW Spa! Not only did I leave with fresh, plump skin, but I left with a warm heart after sharing deep, meaningful conversations with the owner. It is evident that Jenise is passionate about the work she does. If you're looking for a place to get pampered, I highly recommend checking out this spa and experiencing the WOW factor ❤️
Everything about this experience was AMAZING! I love love love my brows, I left with no redness, it didn't hurt, Jenise is an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable about skin care and hair removal. I've already set up my next appointment and can't imagine going anywhere else! 5 stars+ I have been going here for months now and my review about still stands 100% UPDATE: I've been going here for 6+ months now and still feel the same. Great service!
This was my first time getting a facial and I was not disappointed. Jenise was amazing. On her paperwork it asks whether you want quiet or conversation, which I thought was really nice. We had great conversations! I got a facial and massage and both were awesome. I will go back to her anytime I want a massage, facial, or anything else she provides.
Jenise is an absolute joy. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my input, and answered all my questions thoroughly. What an artist! She designed my brows perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with her work. She takes great precaution to assure all safety measures are taken, and genuinely cares about each client’s result. This experience was Amazing! It was my Birthday weekend and l had no clue what l was about to encounter. My very first facial and it was wonderful. It was a surprise booking on a Sunday so l felt extra special because she's closed on Sundays. The atmosphere was so warming and relaxing. The massage almost put me to sleep. Jenise was Everything!!
