I took my dog to Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care for a butthole abscess. The check-in process was easy. We had a short wait, but the lobby was nice. They were gracious when my dog peed on the floor. Dr. Pelfrey and the team were knowledgeable and professional, and everyone was so nice — even at 5 PM on a Saturday. Estimated charges were accurate, and services were reasonably priced. I hope my dog doesn’t need to go to urgent care again, but if she does, I know where I’m taking her!
I highly recommend utilizing this office for any pet healthcare needs. I took my dog in on a Saturday shortly after they opened and did not have to wait at all in the waiting area. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and provided the care my baby needed. We were on our way home very quickly, much quicker than any other place I have been in the past.
