The doctor was absolutely wonderful and kind. Dakota is great as well. I made an appointment for my male cat because he was having sudden urinary frequency issues. They have an appointment option which is really nice so you can plan your visit around your schedule. I arrived at 9:00 am so there was no waiting, he was seen right away. Sent my dog home with wrong meds without any kind if exam
My little guinea pig woke up one morning in considerable pain. I was immediately stressed out and my mom took me and my sister to Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care, as our regular animal hospital was closed on Sundays. We were immediately received with warm welcomes when we came through the doors and showed to a treatment room.
