I wish more people were like Dr. Pelfrey and staff. They are always professional and compassionate. Rather it is a routine visit or an emergency. They will treat your dog like it is their own. I never have to worry when I take my dog there.
I really can’t say enough good things about the entire team and Dr. Pelfrey! They’re so thorough and personable and truly set us at ease when we’re worried about our dogs. We’ve had only the best experiences the 3x we’ve brought our boys and I love knowing they’re in such great hands.
Brittany, Dakota& Dr. Tyler were some of the most sweet, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable employees that I’ve ever been to! They are about your fur baby, not about the money. Everyone was just happy to be there. They took such great care of our dog. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you all so much for the care you showed not to just our dog, but to us as well!
