Horrible - As the seller we were given 25 hours' notice of the closing. The person who called to inform me of the closing knew nothing about our file. I had to explain to her this is my ex-husbands house, I signed off on it in the divorce. She then informed me I need to bring my current spouse to sign off on my ex-husbands house. When I questioned her on this she could not come up with an answer. She had to ask the lawyer, she called back to say that my current spouse would not need to be there.
