Unprofessional and difficult to work with. I used to spend a pretty decent amount of cash here, but it seems they don't want to do business with established customers. This location has gone miserably downhill.
Great staff... very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection. Amazing showroom. Very well stocked for installers.

Today I stopped by Louisville Tile for help with a residential restoration of a tiled bathroom. Yvonne was generous with her time and though they did not have the exact tile to match (from the 1960's) she was able to find a complementary tile that I could use to create a pleasing pattern on the restored wall. I cannot recommend this frim enough as they truly understand customer service. Thank you Louisville Tile!
