We are a small specialty tea shop in Louisville, KY offering over 120 different types of loose leaf tea and herbals. We sell all of our tea by the gram to take home; we also have a tea tasting bar where we can brew any of our teas for in-house or to go. We have a wide variety including traditional and flavored teas, black tea, oolong, green tea, matcha, white tea, puerh, rooibos, herbs, fruit blends, and healing herbs. I’ve never actually been to the location, but I have ordered tea from them a few times now. I love the variety that they offer, and I will ALWAYS purchase their Pistachio Pu-er tea (please never get rid of it). Responsive customer service and shipping
Placed 2 orders and have enjoyed each tea. Great selection with a detailed description for each tea.
Visiting LTC has been on my to do list for a while and today I finally had a chance. I stopped by about 1pm. My disappoint in the service offered was shocking. I had read an article about a tea to help with a chronic condition I have and stopped by to ask about it. The only interaction I had from the young lady was , "We can't get that". End of help.
