Mary is very mean spirited. She seems like she hates what she does and she takes it out on the customers. She has been rude and just plain disrespectful on several occasions. I’ve spoken with several people on the phone trying to get housing assistance and at no point in time did they tell me they stopped taking applications in 2023 I had to find out by physically going down to their office. If your looking for help through the for housing they’ll just refer you to a list of places around Louisville and very few are actually low income.
