The crew at Louisville Pulmonary Care is always patient and professional. Today Michele at the front desk set a new standard for customer service. She went out of her way to help us with an insurance form. Michele did her best and then some to save us time. We very much appreciate her help. In a time when customer service seems to be on the way to extinction, that service is alive and well at Louisville Pulmonary Care thanks to Michele and her colleagues.
My visit went very well. I found everyone in the office to be efficient. Dr Baird is friendly, kind, and explained my CT scan, my condition and treatment options. I did not feel rushed and was able to ask questions and understand my situation so much better..I left feeling very confident.
