The office staff is so caring and helpful. They have honest, open smiles, and are just the nicest people.
Great Doctors but the receptionist at check in was not friendly. Handed me a paper to give to the doctor and that was it. No conversation at all. Not even a how are you today?
Very professional staff and a very excellent Dr. Dr Anaya also makes u feel comfortable. Never tries to hurry u in and out.Always has a smile and warm welcome. And cordial. Always trying to garner confidence in encouraging positive endeavors for better health to all his patients. Can't go wrong with this staff and Dr Ervin Anaya
Dr Harold was highly recommended things went good at the beginning. Then my CPAP all the sudden stopped working I can't go without it I called the office called the office called the office no return calls I told them in my mind this was an emergency . Day and days go by I'm still waiting for a return call I guess I've been put on their blacklist. I've made an appointment with my primary care physician I hope he can recommend a better office than Louisville pulmonary
