Mark is very professional and knowledgeable, his space is inviting and comfortable, and he gave me an awesome massage! Checked in about the pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a body tune-up!
Regardless of whether you are a serious athlete or looking to deal with work-related stress or overuse issues, Mark is a fantastic and very skilled massage therapist. I had been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome from work, and after several sessions, my pain is almost gone entirely. I also have been in search of someone new to do sports massage, and I'm really satisfied. He is able to use a wide range of techniques and is very responsive to feedback. Highly, highly recommend!
