Doctor Coleman is incredibly caring and invested in her patients well being.
If I could leave a -1 star I would. I can not describe the amount of arrogance and lack of emotion in this office. I called and let the front desk know that I would be there a bit late and asked if that was ok. Was told that there is a 15 minute grace period and not to worry at all. I get to the office and she calls me in (note waiting room is dead not a soul in it but me), the Nurse Practitioner then regrets to inform me that she has to go on her lunch break… my next question was I thought you had 45min to 1 hr scheduled.
