Has anyone else had problems with Louisville Pathologies billing department? They double charged me for a bill. (I paid and my insurance paid as well). I called and complained. Asked for an itemized bill, the whole nine yards. They threatened to send me to collections for a bill I didn't owe. I contacted a patient advocate who set me on track.
