Great efforts by Adriana to help replace a humidifier while I was on vacation in Florida. I didn’t realize my autopap would not work without it. After multiple calls to other locations, she was able to help me on a very stormy night and flash flooding in Orlando. Saved me from my wife kicking me out of bed due to snoring! Lol.
This is not the Louisville O2 that many have known. The company is now a dysfunctional mess, as part of AeroCare USA! Stay away, they are completely worthless to work with! I just received a bill for services that were never completed from 2017. They don't believe in "customer service", worst managed home medical supplier ever!
