RecommendedI had a good experience using tree care they kept me informed each step of the way sent email as to the date they were coming. I wish they could add a time frame as to when they were going to come but that’s a minor inconvenience. Tucker was in charge of my account and stayed with me through the entire process via phone and text. Tucker never left me hanging which I appreciated the hands on I’m here for you approach.

Eddie and his team were beyond friendly to my sister and I when we came by to get some fire wood. We even got a tour of the facility!! These guys are great!

Had an appointment on Thursday April 25 for estimate between 2 and3 pm. No one showed up. Called them at 3:30 and was told they could not get to me. When I asked why no one called me, I got no real answer. Rescheduled for Friday, April 26 between 3 and 4. Again, no one showed up or called to say they were not coming. I called and left a message. Up to this date, April 30, I haven’t heard a word from them. Really disappointed. No way to do business.
We hired them this summer to remove some small trees and thin those likely to split. It took repeat calls to set it up due to "new computer issues." Job was finally completed. After this recent ice storm, we considered ourselves "return customers," one of the thinned trees still spilt. We called Tree Care to set up removal of 1 large branch. We have reorganized our life 3x for their scheduled appointments. 3 NO SHOWS. NO PHONE CALLS. NO FOLLOW-UPS. The price they are quoting is $100 more than they charged to remove and stump... read more
I was given an estimate to cut off a tree from storm damage and said they could leave the trunk down to 5 ft. The crew that came to do the work told me they didn’t have the equipment to cut the trunk off that much and “Ed” didn’t tell them about all that. But that he would have to come back with larger equipment. I gave them a check that day ! My mistake and I do know better but I really believed he would keep his word.
