Dr Ian is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in dry needling, muscle release, and chiropractic care. If you are feeling like you need a reset for your muscles and posture/etc., definitely check this place out. It is affordable, convenient, and he’s a great person that genuinely cares how your progress is going.
Dr. Ian is incredibly kind, thoughtful and thorough. He led me through a holistic plan that allowed me to recover from multiple injuries. I’m a dedicated fan!
I came to Louisville Moves Chiropractic after a suggestion from a fellow runner. I was having some over-use injuries that were impacting my marathon and 50K training. Dr. Ian, whom is also a runner, understood that I wanted to get back to running as quickly as possible. He was flexible, adaptable and kind. As someone super new to chiropractics, I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Libert not only cured my hip and knee pain, he gave me tools to keep myself healthy and prevent future injury. Adjustments, dry needling, stretching, cupping, massage… he’s got all the tools in his toolbox. Really grateful for his knowledge, positive demeanor, and these results! I was thinking pain was just a part of life as you age, but turns out, it doesn’t have to be that way. Definitely recommend!
