Not happy with them.
My wife and I were quite disappointed with the service provided by the technician Clarence. He seemed unsure of what he was doing and appeared to lack the necessary experience. The job took longer than expected and wasn’t completed smoothly. Honestly, we’re hesitant to use Louisville Mechanical Services again. This experience left a lot to be desired.
