The Louisville Laser Med Spa is receiving 0 stars from me because they did not professionally prepare for the right temperature to use on my skin while getting a touch up. They burnt both my armpits and I’ve been in paid the past 4 days.
Charlene and the staff at Louisville Laser are really experienced and passionate about what they do. Everyone there promotes a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise) and they view their treatments as contributing to a healthier life for people, which I appreciate. The waiting room is a friendly, caring place and the treatment rooms are clean and professional.
Maybe they are friendly, and care for their customers...but only if they pay full, non-discounted prices for services. I unfortunately bought a Groupon (6 sessions for a X-Small area for $100, originally $799). As I was waiting to be taken back I overheard the front desk lady and the owner (Jeff) ranting about Groupon Customers.
