This place is trash! The other reviews are either old, computer generated, or faculty. They took advantage of my elderly grandmother. They made intentional changes after she approved her label, then made her buy stickers to cover their mistake. Then on the stickers they made another change resulting in a loss of over $600 in labels and stickers that can not be used. Guess what their suggestion was.. . .You guessed it, to buy more lables. Cannot express how thankful I'm for Louisville Label Inc!! Shelby Nash, my contact there has been an ALL-STAR and is basically working a miracle for me. I'm a small business owner and had a insanely short deadline to work with on my first major sale and without Shelby and her team I don't think it would have been possible.
