Wow. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam run with AI. I spoke to the owner on Wednesday-the male voice that answered the phone and they scheduled an appointment on Friday- saying they work 24/7, but might have problems because of home warranty being m-f 9-5. I had an appointment on Friday 9/12 at 0900. They didn’t show, I called them at around 10:45 to give them time because I understand things can run late. Very informative. Very polite and through. Gave veterans discount. Would recommend. Had to call 2 days later at 7:30pm. Stacy was there right away. The coil went out and had a leak. He refilled Freon, no charge. Ordered part. Part arrived 2 days later. Great job. This is added info. I have 23 year old unit. The cooper piece from inside to unit outside had several leaks. They came back every time to make sure we were cool. Replaced all copper. Thank you for being so caring. Highly re
