I moved in almost 2 months ago and I love it here. This apartment complex is great. The office staff are very nice and helpful and make you feel like they care about you. The other people that live here are nice too. It's quiet. There's a courtyard where you can relax and watch eastern parkway traffic. You can watch traffic from your apartment for some of the apartments that face the street. There's a security guard 24/7. Its an elderly/disabled (mental/physical) public housing. Love it here. :)

Whatever y’all do not apply for public housing scatter sites. The property manager does not care for her residence at all. If you put a transfer in, you will not be moved. If it’s emergency life or death. If you put emergency transfer and move, she will not move you the maintenance are lazy in my whole entire apartment building is Mice inside the walls you can hear them and I’m not the only one complaining about it and this whole entire building is mold inside the ceiling. I have had multiple problems at this facility and had no response or concern for my issues what so ever by management. Maintenance doesn't fix issues. I have issues with the exterior wall disinigrating and mice and bugs coming inside always and into my ac/heat unit to live. Told the company has to come out to clean inside it. For a few years the issue has never been fixed. My apartment flooded bathroom sewage several weeks ago.
