I have a Honda pilot 2021 I went into Honda world to get an oil change I normally don't take my car to the dealership because I've heard so many negative comments that they overcharge for service recommend things that you don't need at the moment and so on and so forth. 2.5 hours for an oil change! I fell asleep in the lobby waiting, again. They swore up and down this had changed and would “never” happen again with the new ownership, yet here we are yet again. Terrible, just terrible.
Unprofessional staff, the last time I went I knew I would never come back because of the way some workers present themselves. The service I had received was done wrong, the mechanics left DIRT on my white interior and unplugged my dashcam (huge red flag to me) and now I have been attempting to contact managers about my unsatisfactory dervice and neither Dyna or Micah have returned my call on the matter. They always do a excellent job. Their pricing is average. Their service is above average.
I had to bring my car to a third-party shop because the engine light was on, and they discovered that I was running low on oil. This was the same service center that last worked on my car. I attempted to contact their website, but it was unavailable. I also tried reaching out by phone and left a message, hoping they could assist me, but no one called back when I left the message. I strongly advise against using this service center.
