Overall nothing to complain about. We were a bit early for our appointment, but were taken right in. Super friendly and genuinely caring. My friend got the help she needs. Knew at nearly 80 I was getting close to needing some help, but wasn't aware I was closer than I thought.
I recently went into the Eastern Parkway office to have my hearing aids checked. In doing so I became so much more educated as to how to really care for my hearing aids. I appreciate the attention and can hear much better today because of the help from the specialist!
