Dr Kelly had great bedside manners.
He’s the best! He has done two surgeries I needed and I wouldn’t go to anyone else but him for general surgery.
Dr Kelty is a Fantastic Dr, he honestly cares about his patients. He has done several surgeries for my Family and Myself. There is NO ONE in Louisville that will do any kinda surgeries or procedures but Dr Kelty. Truly a Great Doctor.
