Staff was very friendly and made the experience a relaxed one.
The colonoscopy prep gets a solid 0/10. Would not recommend. In fact, I suspect it was invented by someone who lost a bet. The staff at Louisville Endoscopy, however, get a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient, and did an excellent job of making an awkward procedure as comfortable as possible. Dr. John Horlander was great, answered my questions, and took excellent care of me. The whole experience was organized, on time, and far less stressful than I expected.
