This review is about the organization and those that run it. NOT the salt of the Earth ambassadors who labour downtown keeping the city looking its best and helping folks. A function of this organization is to deal with graffiti and stickers that are spammed and plastered all over property in their service area downtown. Over half their budget is for appearance issues, which these issues fall under. Was visiting from out of town for Derby week. Lee was so helpful!! She saw me struggling to carry a large box and jumped right in to help. She brought it all the way to my hotel room for me. Thank you so much Lee <3
A lot of talk but not much action. Why so many cancellations? This makes people not want to come downtown when you don’t handle your business like this. There’d be no loss if you shut down.
