I was 10 min late to my free consultation which led to a 30 min wait in waiting area. But when I finally was called back to the consultation room, the person was really nice & patient. Attentive to my questions. I’m not sure how their dental service is though. I just talked with one person besides the front desk personnel

About a week or so ago I had light surgery done. I really appreciate that it went just as we, (Dr. Brussels and I ), discussed. It was quick and with great numbing. I barely had enough time to get comfortable. I'm not sure if that actually qualified as surgery as it seems that I was in and out. I also wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Lynn, who had assisted with everything I needed for that day, thank you Lynn. Paid 35k cash for implants told them it wasnt right the first day they didn't want me to do a followup yet. Now it's 5 days later and the whole implant has fallen out, one screw at a time and bc it's Saturday they can't address the emergency. Emergencies wait until Monday! Don't get dental work here if you expect it to stay in for longer than a week! Update: 4 months later I've had 3 more screw in sets, each worse than the last, top one fell completely out AGAIN .
