If I could do zero stars I would. Awful communication and service.
Not kids friendly.... I feel like they need something for kids and artistic kids instead of being rude. Mr.toni and his assistance is great but the new dentist that's there highly not recommended he's against kids noise...
When I first started coming to Louisville Dental,the dentist and staff were very nice and did a good job at pulling my teeth and fixing my denture. Now,all they do is,come in,do all the talking and always in a hurry .
This use to be a great place to come and get your dental needs met. Sorry to say that it is not a great place anymore. It is one of the most inconsiderate and lack of customer service place in Winston County. The manager is horrible and she lacks customer service skills. She has always been horrible. I was hesitant about returning here and I wasn’t wrong. Now there is a new doctor in and Dr. Yarbrough has left. I wasn’t notified of his departure. I guess the manager felt like it wasn’t important enough to notify his patients... read more
