I love Dr. Yarbrough and his staff in the back, but the staff up front is horrible. It is just one in particular named Carley (not sure of the correct spelling of her name); however, her customer service skills are terrible. She has a very unprofessional nasty tone when speaking to patients in person or on the telephone and personality as well. She is so quick to cut you off and short with answering your questions. Worst dentist ever wait for hours just to get called back very unprofessional
This was my first time coming here and it went great!! They numbed and pull my tooth right then and there didn’t have to come back or nothing!! I do have to have another one pulled! Definitely going back and recommend this dentist their so friendly and patient with you!!!
Before they moved to the new building I was told six of my bottom teeth needed crowns and after moving when I go back I was informed bottom needed filling if I wanted crowns I would have to pay out of pocket because they wouldn't file it on insurance these people don't make good sense and wait time was alot longer in the new place so people don't waste your time
Getting a bridge done, they were quick and friendly. Prices are good. I have alot of work to get done and I have bad dental anxiety. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time, Ill keep coming back here no doubt.
