I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and drove across town to the place where we were to meet, but I was told Ralph will not be coming to the meeting. I called Ralph and he blames some office that sets his appointments for not informing him of his schedule. He needs to realize he is responsible for his checking with the office pertaining to his schedule. Also keep in mind all reviews are from him and his staff.
