Let me begin by saying, I love the voice center and the care they have taken to help me get my voice back after a total loss. Lisanne and her team are incredible. I absolutely think they deserve 5 stars or more. However, it is completely unnaceptable for a doctor to only offer one clinic a week, expecting patients to rearrange their schedule, then double or triple book appointments causing a delay of 2 hours. I finally walked out after waiting for an hour and a half and there were still 2 patients ahead of me, they had been ... read more
The doctor here helped with my wife's vocal cords, did a wonderful procedure. My wife can now speak more normally. Thank you!!
