James and his wife who run this do an amazing job! Would absolutely recommend for any anyone in the area! They are so kind and provide thorough instructions and directions for a great time and safety. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!
We had a great time exploring the river. Even though we had some mechanical issues, James came through quickly and was very apologetic.
Checked hours of operation. Showed up to rent a boat at 2:30pm and nobody was home and lights were off. I tried to call but no answer. I tried to leave a message but the options were in Spanish although the message was in English. Weird. Oh well, saved me money and possibly a headache.
I highly recommend the Louisville Boat Rental for events or special occasions. Or if you've never had the experience of being on your own personal boat on the river, this is the way! I proposed to my girlfriend right before surprising her with a boat ride. It was an amazing time, and for the end of September, had the perfect weather. We had 7 people!!
James was super helpful. Had a great day.
