Staff didn’t offer to give me a tour when i signed up, really unprofessional. The carpet in there drives me insane, you would think they’d renovate it. Sauna in the woman’s locker room is almost always out of service. Got over charged the second month in. Will definitely not be renewing my membership after my contract is over.
They never answer their phones and I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and now they are randomly charging twenty bucks to my account. Very unprofessional business and by reading the comments below I’m obviously not the only one running into this issue.
I have been with LAC since Nov. 2012. I have never felt discluded or judged. LAC is a gym that values inclusion and self betterment. *Even still - 2025*
Just need to update some machines besides that cool atmosphere and hard mfrs working out
