This is by far the worst condominium complex I’ve ever lived at. Between mismanagement of association fees that constantly go up for nothing in return, to rude office staff, to open work orders never being handled in a timely manner, I am more than disappointed. There are also a ton of open litigation claims from unit owners against the association, which has made it very difficult to refinance. I cannot wait to sell and get out of here.
Lawn. 🤷🏼♀️. What Lawn. It’s all Dead ~ ( unless you’re on the Golf Course ~ or facing a Hole ⛳️) .. it’s either moss, mold, or uprooted trees, Actually All of the Above from Venturi Green~ see for yourself~ 🤦🏼♀️~ What a Disappointment ~ thinking the management~or maintenance (3guys) crew Alex & Felix + 1 more Were True too their word~ have patience! Again & Again & Again. 5 yrs..I’m out of patience
