So I had WiFi with them for about 7 months. Only one device could hook up to it for it to work. It would cut off pretty much every month and I’d have to wait for the store to open and call and get them to reboot it. Then one day it shuts off and on constantly so I called. I was told that they were upgrading and boxes were being shut off. Hmm well why wasn’t I aware of this? I also paid for the month that I didn’t get to use it and they wouldn’t give my money back. We have had our cell phone service with Louisiana Wireless for about a year. In that time we have repeatedly had our phone service interrupted. We set up automatic payment when the service was started, and these people can not seem to get our bill paid on time! This time, like the last, our phones were shut down for FOUR DAYS ($) and as usual, over a weekend. I don't care who the bookkeeper is. These people need to get their act together! I have the fastest box and I love it. I can even watch my fire stick with it. I most definitely recommend and very cheap.
Ms. Raven was very helpful and extremely honest. Great store policy. Device worked as promised so now it's Netflix and chill to the 10th power. Very pleased with the service.

I got this a month ago and it was supposed to be high speed. I looked at my settings and its 3g. The box that was mailed to me was used and scratched up. The Internet is slow. I can not watch my roku and my kids be on a laptop without it constantly buffering. I'm paying $45 a month and after purchasing the box and paying the first month I spent over $180. Bought a battery for phone, was told I had a 30 day warranty, lasted a week, wasn't in area when phone failed, had to replace elsewhere, I was told they don't give credit on returns.
