I reached out to Louisiana Vending for a project I wanted to do. I spoke to Cedric the owner operator of the company about my unique situation. I was looking for a vending machine that would dispense tools instead of the normal items. He quickly jumped on board and shared information about past projects that he had done before that was similar. The problem is there machine is taking people money and they give you a number to call or send a message to but they never respond back or answer the phone. I have called on several occasions and sent text messages about my money being taken by their machine not just that but when they come to get the money out of the machine they don’t worry about the problem they just take your money and go.

We have always used them as our sole machine provider and could not be more satisfied. They are fast and reliable. If they don’t have a certain machine, they find it and quickly too. On top of that, if the machine has an issue they always fix it. Can’t imagine doing business without them!
