These people have employees and they don't know what they're doing. They sent me three times to get three signatures from the same person on different papers because they don't do everything at once, they tell me. They give me the papers, not that I had to go to my husband's work three times to get him to sign them. These people don't know, they don't have the skills, they don't know what they're doing, they don't know the jobs they have to do, they're inexperienced.
