My experience in turning in a plate (cancelling) was quick and easy, and the clerk was friendly and efficient. I’ve always held the OMV in a special place in my heart as my grandmother worked for the old DMV for many years back when it was in NOLA City Hall and then at Troop B…good memories and nothing but respect.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at the DMV. I came in needing to change addresses on both mine and my dad’s drivers license and on two car registration’s. We came in, no wait time, and I told Brittany Bullock what I needed and she complied with the best attitude I’ve ever seen. She was knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. She had us out of there in less than 20 minutes. And she registered my dad to vote. Amazing Service!!!!

Today, I walked in the doors at 3:57pm for a registration renewal and each of the workers were so kind and helpful despite me being a last minute customer. They even helped me with placing an order for a special plate when they were closed! Such an amazing staff at this location. Thank you all so much for helping me today. I highly recommend this location.
