Te piden tu número de Pick Up tu número de teléfono te dan puerta te estacionas y vas a la oficina a dejar la hoja que te dieron termi8de cargar ellos salen a quitar el seguro de la manguera de ahire y pasas por papeles a la oficina sierras pones punta y en la bascula te ponen sello a una milla esta un paradero

My experience was not good. I checked in 30 minutes before my appointment and wasn’t loaded until 5 hours later. That was really strange, because the trucks before and after me were loaded within 1 to 1.5 hours. Maybe they didn’t like me because I was pushing them to load me as quickly as possible — I didn’t want to drive all night but i was unlucky.

Today, 07/08/2025, I pulled in to have my dry van loaded at 910a. My appt was at 1015a. At the scale check in,there were 2 women and 1 man. The woman doing the check stated that all of the numbers I had was not a pick up number. I wrote 2 on the check in paper then showed her on my phone ALL the mubers I had( switch were all within 1 message but separated. I asked specifically, if my SI # was what she needed because it started with "10" so,on and so on. I was told no. I sat from 910a til 1110a being told that I had the wrong... read more

I cant speak to all those bad reviews but for me it was good. 1hr early an loaded out of m building was pretty fast. 2hrs in an out was acceptable considering where i dropped was 5hrs. i dont know if employees or policy changed from those bad reviews but my expierence was good. dont worry about those reviews of having to sit in your truck off, bc i didnt have to give up my keys an wasnt about to. not sure bout restrooms but all good. Thanks guys good work, including security thanks.
