I am a veteran with fixed income. The LASPCA and Inner Pup took care of my 2 small dachshunds with a small fee. Then one got sick, and they treated him for FREE! Their compassion and care is top tier. I've lived in many cities as a veteran with dogs my whole life, and have never had this level of care before. I will never go anywhere else.
