RecommendedWe are from out of State came in for a cruise. My husband has major back issues & I brought wrong shoes. I called the store asking if I bought a new pair would they deliver to the cruise ship because we had already boarded ship, realized just before sailing, Danielle said she would deliver for us, she came straight to the port & hand delivered. She blessed us so much & My husband was able to enjoy our cruise because of the great customer service. Didn’t charge me extra delivery charge either.

I went to the Oak Street location today for the 1st time. Very impressed with the expert help I received. The young gentleman was very knowledgeable about what was best for my foot He was not trying to push a certain brand because he brought out 3 different shoes from different companies. (12/27/18 5pm) Awesome store awesome staff! Got fitted for my first pair of big boy running shoes and couldn't be happier. The girl that helped me was very patient and seemed enthusiastic about running. I can't to get some miles under these!!!
My first time in this shop and it was awesome. Rebecca was incredibly knowledgable and patient with my complete ignorance of running and proper foot wear. She took the time to evaluate my gait, pulled dozens of boxes of shoes, and fielded every question with solid answers. Will be returning when I wear these out.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend to everyone.
