My wife and I enjoyed our 4 hour trip along the river. The staff was very polite. We did have some issues where I thought we might have needed to have some assistance, but we managed to get untangled (to be fair it was how we tied our tube with our tube holding our cooler). It’s a river so expect to be on the alert for trees, rapids, wildlife, etc., and there are quite a few bends, that with downed trees and branches can cause the flow to be unpredictable in some spots to where it will suck you into the banks.
