Very rude over the phone treat you weird and have a very nasty attitude I paid to get my car back 2 days ago and i still have to wait another day to get my vehicle

They are refusing to give me my property out of the vehicle even though I am not the owner of the vehicle Ithe owner gave them a signed notarized document stating that I can get my property my purse bank cards cell phone wallet social birth certificate shoes ect… they are stating that since I said I was gonna get a lawyer involved I cant get my things under Louisiana law the tow company can not withhold my property because of their feelings the guy that answers the phone is extremely rude also..

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my recent experience with this company. Not only was the staff—particularly an individual named Mike—extremely rude and unprofessional, but I also discovered that several items were missing from my vehicle after leaving it in their care. Most concerning is that my credit cards, which were inside my car, have since been used without my authorization. I called to report the items that were missing from my vehicle. James immediately spoke to me as though I wasn't being honest. I explained to him that some of the items were notated the day I went to recover personal items. Once i did a full inventory (1 week later) I called to report it. I've have never had to deal with such a vile attitude in my life. I simply asked them to look at their cameras & have them return my property and all would be forgiven. They hung up on me!
