When you go in to talk to them the lady at the window is very nice and helpful!
I look forward to going in to cash out my winning scratch off ticket! I called the office and the lady was so warm and friendly. She told me I could come in any time to fill out the forms, etc but recommend the morning .
A government rip off. There is no way these numbers are being legitimate. It need to he investigated
