This is unbelievable after 4 days trying to reach this office by telephone it was impossible. Leaving messages getting transferred to different numbers waiting for call backs being hung up on this is the perfect example of a government office run by a republican (RED TAPE) SYSTEM DOWN! no action if you are looking for assistance for long term this is not the place. This is one job they need to send to Mexico or India somewhere other than Louisiana. WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for help your in the wrong place!
