They treat you like CRAP unless you’re black. Had me waiting 20 minutes for an order and the whole time it was cancelled. Work on your Doordash deliveries. Never ready on time. Horrible atmosphere
My experience with Louisiana Heaven is as follows. I placed an order via Uber Eats. Beth, the manager called to tell me they did not have any shrimp or cabbage. I asked her to cancel the UE order. I explained to her that she had to do that on her end...because if I canceled it; I would be charged the full cost of the order. I told Beth I would try and cancel through customer service. Do the same people own this place. Cause the food was wayyyy off! Gumbo had so much grease from them using chicken legs. SMH should’ve used chicken breast for no grease. Then you just chop fresh green onions on top made the gumbo taste so weird. My wife got sick cause it wasn’t right. We’re from Louisiana so we know the difference!
