I never even got to meet Dr. Umesh. First, when we called to confirm my appointment for 2:15pm, they told us they had an earlier opening for 1:00pm. Great! We accepted the 1:00pm appointment. When we arrived, everything was normal. An hour passes, and we ask if they forgot to write me down for the earlier appointment. While individual doctors who work here are excellent, the administration and staff at this location are unprofessional, prioritize financial profit over patient care, and openly mock patients. If asked to do something as simple as wearing a mask, they will not only refuse, they will fight you about it like a man being asked to wear a condom for sex.
