Horrible experience with this bank, will be closing my account this week.
This location is permanently closed. I did not get any notice before I went there to make a deposit and saw the big street sign wrapped up, and then this sign on the door. The lobby was filled with what looked like construction materials covered in plastic. Just horrible for the no warning. There are 3 of us in my household that have accounts with them, and they couldn't even send a notification letter.
Gonzales branch closes with not notification to customers. Not someone I want to do business with any more. Bye bye.
