Avoid this place. They tack on a $283 New Patient Fee. My insurance and myself was charged hundreds of dollars for literally being there for less than a combined 20 minutes for two trips.

I was a patient of Dr Cheryl Braud for years. My mother was a patient of Dr Braud. The 1st time I took my mom to Dr. Braud she was pregnant for her daughter. The last time I took my mom to Dr. Braud my mom asked about her daughter. Dr. Braud told her she was in college. I saw Dr. Braud right before she left. Called for a last minute apt for ear wax removal. Dr Sutton was amazing. Gentle nice and got my ears where I can hear so much better now.

Dr. Sutton is a rip off. Doesn't tell you what he's doing or what he's about to charge you for what he does in his office. You'll just get a big bonus on your bill. Charged $100 for debris removal that lasted all of 5 seconds when going in for an outer ear infection. $300 for a spritz of numbing spray and a look inside the nose. WHAT? And his office won't do anything about it. They could care less and do not bat an eye at this outrageous bill. No consent requested for these extra charges. Will be filing a complaint.
